Nice spot for decent Mexican food. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is great. Always on our list when we are in Liberal.
El Ranchito has chips and salsa I’ve ever had! Everything is homemade and tasted delicious. I ordered taquitos in green soup (flautas aogadas). Very unique and flavorful dish. The service here is top notch as well. Very kind staff who took good care of me.
This food was sooo good. The best Mexican rice I've ever had and the waitress was happy and right on time with her service. Definitely worth coming back...
Absolutely one of the best Mexican food places I've been to in a LONG time. I was in liberal ks for work for 2 days, and stopped here for dinner and lunch. Both times it was absolutely delicious. They don't water down the salsa like other places do. I can appreciate that. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in here. You won't regret it!
Stopped in here on the way home from Texas... very normal Mexican restaurant... it is what you think it is... very very good food. The steak chimichanga was delicious... also very nice that the steak is in small enough pieces that no cutting in necessary for the kids... very good flavors and atmosphere
